1. Overview: By participating in the KIHO Store UGC Creator Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

• KIHO Store reserves the right to select UGC Creators based on suitability and alignment with our brand values.
• Collaborations are subject to mutual agreement on product selection, compensation (if any), and content creation guidelines.

3. Content Guidelines:

• UGC Creators must create content that aligns with KIHO Store's values and promotes a positive brand image.
• Content should be original, creative, and respectful, avoiding any offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate material.

4. Product Handling:

• UGC Creators may be provided with products for content creation. It is their responsibility to handle and store the products appropriately.

5. Compensation:

• Compensation terms, if applicable, will be agreed upon before collaboration.
• KIHO Store reserves the right to decide compensation methods, including product retention, monetary payment, or a combination.

6. Product Returns:

• If UGC Creators opt not to keep the featured products, they are required to return them in their original condition within a specified period.

• UGC Creators may gain access to confidential information. They are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to third parties.

8. Termination:

11. Governing Law: - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
